Career Health Assessment

When you're not sure what's really going on,start here.

Career questions are rarely just about the career. Work is connected to identity, well-being, relationships, ambition, and the life around it.

The Career Health Assessment brings the full picture into view so you can understand where you are, what matters now, and what comes next.

90-minute psychologist-led consultation + comprehensive pre-session assessment.

Is it for me?

This may be right for you if…

  • Something feels off, but you cannot yet name why.
  • You are unsure whether the issue is the role, workplace, career, or something beyond work.
  • You are considering a significant change and want clarity first.
  • Your career looks successful, but no longer feels aligned.
  • You are ready for a new chapter but are not sure what it should be.
  • Several factors seem to be happening at once.

Why clarity matters

The same complaint can have very different causes.

Burnout, workplace conditions, career misalignment, identity, psychological health, workload, life changes, and other factors can overlap.

The purpose of the Career Health Assessment is to help clarify what is actually contributing in your case.

What we consider

We look across multiple dimensions of Career Health, including:

01

Career satisfaction & alignment

How well your current work fits your interests, values, needs, priorities, and desired life.

02

Workplace experience

The role of culture, expectations, leadership, workload, and organizational dynamics.

03

Burnout & career distress

Whether exhaustion, disengagement, preoccupation, or depletion may be contributing.

04

Identity & achievement

How ambition, pressure, self-worth, and your relationship with success may shape the picture.

05

Psychological well-being

How mood, anxiety, coping, and other emotional factors may affect your experience of work.

06

Life context

The transitions, relationships, health needs, and responsibilities surrounding your career.

07

Possibility & direction

What you want from your next chapter and which paths deserve further exploration.

The process draws on validated psychological measures, proprietary Career Health assessments, background questions, and Dr. Pérez-Litwin's professional review. The purpose is clarity and guidance—not diagnosis.

How it works

Clarity, in three considered steps.

01

Assess

Before our meeting, you'll complete a comprehensive set of Career Health measures and background questions.

02

Understand

I personally review your results before we meet, looking for patterns, contributing factors, and areas that deserve closer attention.

03

Move Forward

We meet for 90 minutes to make sense of where you are, what matters now, and what comes next.

The conversation

What happens when we meet

This isn't a test result handed across a desk.

I've already reviewed your assessments before you arrive. Our 90 minutes together are spent connecting the dots—looking at your career, work environment, psychological patterns, well-being, and life circumstances as a whole.

The goal is to understand what's actually happening before deciding what needs to change.

Who it is not for

The right scope matters.

This Assessment is not therapy, crisis support, a psychological evaluation, or a clinical diagnosis. If your primary need is mental-health treatment or medical care, another professional is the appropriate place to begin.
